These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website (jvluxury.com) and transportation services provided by JV Luxury LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York limited liability company located at 1489 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10460. By booking a reservation or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

JV Luxury LLC provides chauffeured transportation services including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, and hourly chauffeur coverage. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

2. Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations may be made through our website booking form (powered by MyLimoBiz), by phone at +1 929 751-6124, or by email at reservations@jvluxury.com. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal acknowledgment from our team. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services. Premium and specialty vehicles may require additional lead time. All reservation details (date, time, pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle class, and passenger count) should be verified at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations and modifications should be communicated as early as possible by contacting our team. The following general guidelines apply, though specific terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking:

Standard cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are generally eligible for a full refund or credit.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows: If the client is not present at the confirmed pickup time and location and has not contacted us, the full fare may be charged.
Modifications: Changes to date, time, location, or vehicle class are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined at the time of booking based on service type, vehicle class, distance, duration, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., tolls, parking fees, airport fees). Quoted prices are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed rates. Payment is due at the time of service or as specified during the reservation process. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. Gratuity

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted fare unless explicitly stated. Gratuity is at the client's discretion and may be provided directly to the chauffeur or added to the payment at the time of service.

6. Wait Time

For airport pickups, a complimentary wait period is provided after the flight's actual arrival time to account for baggage claim and customs. For all other pickups, a reasonable complimentary wait period begins at the confirmed pickup time. Wait time beyond the complimentary period may be billed at the applicable hourly rate. The specific complimentary wait periods will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to: be present and ready at the confirmed pickup time and location; provide accurate contact and trip information; comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during the trip; wear seatbelts as required by law; treat the vehicle, equipment, and chauffeur with respect; and refrain from smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle. The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party.

8. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning

Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by passengers in their party during the trip. This includes but is not limited to stains, burns, spills, tears, and equipment damage. A cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive soiling of the vehicle interior. Damage charges will be assessed at the actual cost of repair or replacement and billed to the payment method on file.

9. Lost Property

JV Luxury LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery.

10. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Minors may ride as passengers when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has made the reservation and accepts responsibility. Car seats for children are the responsibility of the client; please inform us of car seat needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate accordingly.

11. Insurance and Liability

JV Luxury LLC maintains commercial automobile liability insurance as required by applicable law for all vehicles in our fleet. Our liability is limited to the transportation services booked and does not extend to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or schedule disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, construction, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.

12. Force Majeure

JV Luxury LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, road closures, airport shutdowns, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or rescheduling.

13. Accessibility

JV Luxury LLC is committed to providing accessible transportation services. If you have accessibility needs, including wheelchair accommodation or assistance with mobility, please inform us at the time of booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle and provide necessary accommodations. We comply with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and New York State and City human rights laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JV Luxury LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and chauffeurs from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of our services; the conduct of passengers in your party; or any violation of applicable law by you or passengers in your party.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms communicated at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and JV Luxury LLC regarding the use of our services. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
